Long Or Short Articles?- As A Reader

When I do my article, I will read it and pretend to be the reader. So I can feel how my readers feel while reading my article. If my post is more than 400 words, I try to make few short paragraphs to make my point clearer than putting everything in one paragraph.

I may not be a good writer, in fact I have a lot of imprefections when it comes to writing an article. But by putting my feet on my readers shoes, will make a difference.

An article with 1000 words with 2 paragraphs is a real bore. Don't you think ?... No matter how informative that article is, but just looking to an unscannable content will make anyone hit the back button and would rather go to a much clearer site.

With so many social/community networks that we have to participate with, I don't think most of the readers esp. bloggers, are genuinely reading the whole long post. In this busy world we are into, long article can take so much of your readers valuable time. Making short and precise post is good enough to send your message to your readers.
